The aim was to educate students about healthy lifestyle choices and mental well-being. The sessions were conducted by health professionals and nutritionists who covered topics such as stress management, healthy eating habits, physical fitness, and sleep hygiene. Students actively participated in yoga sessions, group discussions, and interactive Q\&A rounds. The initiative received enthusiastic response and proved to be highly informative. Students gained practical tips on self-care and were motivated to prioritize their health. The event ended with a pledge to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
