The Lineweaver-Burk plot is a double reciprocal graph used to linearize the Michaelis-Menten equation. It plots \( 1/V \) versus \( 1/[S] \), aiding in determining enzyme kinetics parameters such as \( K_m \) and \( V_{\max} \).
Although useful, it exaggerates errors at low substrate concentrations, leading to preference for nonlinear methods.
