The steps to copy or import data into Excel worksheet cells are:
[(i)] Copy-Paste Method: Select the data from source file.
Right-click and choose "Copy" or use Ctrl+C.
Open Excel and select the target cell.
Right-click and choose "Paste" or use Ctrl+V.
[(ii)] Importing Data: Go to "Data" tab on the Ribbon.
Click on "Get Data" or "From Text/CSV" option.
Browse and select the file you want to import.
Use the Import Wizard to specify delimiters and destination cell.
Click "Load" to bring the data into Excel.
