So, \(8\) hours = \(\bigg(\frac1{24}\bigg) × 8\)
\(8\) hours = \(\frac8{24}\) of a day
= \(\frac13\) of a day
Therefore, \(8\) hours is \(\frac13\) \(^{rd}\) of a day.
