Solution and Explanation

Total number of migrants = 35\(\%\) of 728400=254940………….(i)
Total number of locals= 473460 -------(ii)
Total number of rural in (i) = 20\(\%\) of 254940= 50988 ---------(iii)
Total number of urban in (i) = 80\(\%\) of 254940=203952----------(iv)
Number of females in (ii)= 48\(\%\) of 473460=227260.8 ---------(v)
Number of females in (iii)= 30\(\%\) of 50988 =15296.4---------(vi)
Number of females in (iii)= 40\(\%\) of 203952=81580.8----------(vii)
Total number of females in the city
