Issued capital as at 31-03-2024 = ₹ 60,00,000
Increase in issued capital = ₹ 10,00,000
Face value per share = ₹ 10
Number of new shares issued = ₹ 10,00,000 ÷ ₹ 10 = 1,00,000 shares
Total face value = 1,00,000 × ₹ 10 = ₹ 10,00,000
Issued capital as at 31-03-2024 = ₹ 60,00,000
