Assume the original duration of tour be \(x\) days

Expense per day = \(Rs. \frac{360}{x}\)

From the question we know that,

\((x + 4) (\frac{360}{x} - 3) = 360\)

\(360 - 3x + \frac{1440}{x} - 12 = 360\)

\(- 3x^2 + 1440 - 12x = 0\)

\(x^2 + 4x - 480 = 0\)

\((x + 24)(x - 20) = 0\)

So, the value of \(x\) can be - 24 and 20

The number of days cannot be negative so, 20 

The correct option is (C): 20 days
