Let r be the radius of swimming pool and R be the radius of swimming pool with deck.
Area of swimming pool with deck
\(\pi\)R2 = \(\pi\)2+60\(\pi\)
\(\pi\)142+60\(\pi\)= 256\(\pi\)
\(\pi\)R2 = 256\(\pi\)
R=16
Width of deck = 16−14 = 2 fect.
