Inductive reactance, XL = ωL = 2πνL = 2π×50 × 44 × 10-3 Ω
rms value of current is given as:
\(I=\frac{V}{XL}=\frac{220}{2πX50X44X10^{-3}}=15.92 A\)
Hence, the rms value of current in the circuit is 15.92 A.
