Kriya Yoga focuses on disciplined spiritual practice and is primarily rooted in the teachings of Patanjali and the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda. It does not originate from the Tantric tradition, unlike Swara Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Mantra Yoga.
