Summary:
Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, born in Mumbai on April 24, 1973, is a celebrated former Indian cricketer and captain, widely considered one of the greatest batsmen ever and known as the 'God of Cricket'. He began his international career at the young age of sixteen on November 15, 1989. Throughout his illustrious career, he set remarkable records, being the only player to score one hundred international centuries and accumulate over 30,000 runs. Trained by his coach Ramakant Achrekar, Sachin's excellence was recognized with numerous prestigious national honors, including the Arjuna Award, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, Padma Shri, Padma Vibhushan, and India's highest civilian award, the Bharat Ratna in 2013.
