Read the case given below and attempt the question carefully.
A well known school in Bangalore is facing the problem of attracting and retaining competent and experienced subject teachers. They asked their existing staff to suggest names of deserving and experienced people who could be contacted and called for interviews. In the first week, itself, their HR manager Rekha, takes an orientation to familiarise the new employees with the school policies.
The promotion policy in the school is not very clear. The teachers within the school are not given proper dues and acknowledgement. Advertisements are placed in the newspapers for hiring teachers for new vacancies.
The management of the school keeps sending its teachers to attend training sessions, where the teachers learn the use of sophisticated gadgets & technology away from their actual work place. This leads to empowerment of teachers.
