My dear Rohan,

I hope this letter finds you in high spirits. With the festival of Holi just around the corner, the excitement is building up everywhere! I'm writing to you today because I was just thinking about our plans and wanted to share a few thoughts on celebrating a truly happy and safe Holi this year.

I recently saw an advertisement by the Mumbai Police, and it made some really good points. It urged everyone to avoid things like throwing water balloons at strangers or colouring people without their consent. I think that's a great message. The spirit of Holi is to share joy, not to cause trouble or discomfort to anyone. Let's make a pact to only play with our friends and family who are happy to participate.

Also, let's be mindful of using only natural, skin-friendly colours instead of harsh chemicals. It's so much better for our skin and the environment. And of course, let's completely avoid any risky behaviour like triple-riding on a bike or riding without a helmet. Safety should be our top priority so we can enjoy the day without any worries.

Let's make this Holi memorable for all the right reasons – with fun, friends, music, and lots of laughter, but all in a safe and respectful way.

Eagerly looking forward to celebrating with you.

With love,
Your friend,
Raj
