Good health is a holistic concept that extends beyond the mere absence of illness. The most widely accepted definition comes from the World Health Organization (WHO), which defines health as:
"A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
This definition emphasizes three key dimensions:

Physical Health: The ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. It involves proper nutrition, exercise, and absence of physical illness.

Mental Health: A state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.

Social Health: The ability to form meaningful relationships with other people and to interact in healthy, positive ways.
Therefore, good health is a multidimensional and positive concept, representing overall well-being.
