Typhlosole is a structure associated with the digestive system of earthworm. It is formed from the villi (larger) of intestine and hang in lumen of intestine, it run mid dorsally from $26^{th}$ segment up to the last except posterior $24^{th}$ and $25^{th}$ segments. This structure divide intestine into pre-typhlosar, typhlosolar and post-typhlosolar three regions.
