So, according to the statements and conclusions given we can say that

All members of the club are said to be rich with Mrs. X being a member as well, so II conclusion will follow

but for conclusion I it is given that one need not be a golfer compulsorily to be member of the club. so there is no surety about this conclusion.

So, only conclusion II will follow the statement.
