The Correct Option is A

Solution and Explanation

Let the normal speed of train \(=x\) km/hr
Let the normal time of train \(=T\) hours
\(\frac{300}{x}=T\)                 (i)

\(\frac{300}{x+5}=T-2\)        (ii)

Solving equations (i) and (ii), we get
\(x=25,-30\) (not possible)
\(\therefore\) Speed of train \(=25km/hr\)
The correct option is (A)
